Zwoptex Texture Atlas - using rotation

Hi, now that I've moved over to the Pixelwave texture atlas code, I was trying to squeeze in more images by allowing Zwoptex to rotate images.

When I do this, the images is shown in the correct orientation, but it gets clipped.

ie. On an object that is about 600x300 px, it looks like only 300 px are shown on the x axis.  The vertical center of the object also looks like it is using the width (instead of the height)

Do I need to do something special to handle rotated textures?

I looked into this, and found a fix! If you pull from the develop branch then everything should be good.

So we've decided to move over to Texture Packer since it has command line support.  So - sorry I didn't test your fix for Zwoptex (though it may have been more generic).

Also note that I haven't updated to the latest version yet - so this may already be fixed, but I found that rotation works fine with TexturePacker json files until I start to monkey with the clip-rect.  If I read the clip rect and then re-assign it back to my texture, the texture will orient itself to the rotated angle in the texture atlas.

Hopefully we'll get updated to the latest pixelwave within the week and i'll retest this - but thought I would mention it here anyways.
